I am a qualified supervisor providing clinical supervision in Sittingbourne, Kent. Since 2021, I have worked not just with counsellors but also individuals from the education and charity sectors. Supervision is essential in ensuring ethical, effective, and high-quality practice. My style is professional yet relaxed, creating a safe, collaborative environment where you can celebrate successes, reflect on challenges, and discuss concerns without fear of judgment or repercussion.
As an Accredited BACP member, I adhere to the BACP Ethical Framework and Supervision Competence Framework, while also supporting supervisees from alternative professional bodies.

Supervision for Counsellors
My counselling supervision practice is primarily informed by the 7-eyed model by Hawkins & Shohet, which examines seven key aspects of the therapeutic process. This model highlights the relationships between client, therapist, and supervisor, offering a holistic perspective on your supervision session.
I also incorporate Stoltenberg and Delworth’s Developmental Model, which assesses your developmental stage and aids progression and professional growth. By combining these two models, supervision is multi-dimensional, reflective, and growth-oriented.
I provide supervision to help you maintain professional and ethical integrity, develop your skills, and deliver the best outcomes for your clients, while following your preferred theoretical orientation.
For those starting or relocating a private practice, I also offer support and guidance on practice setup, management, and development.

Supervision for Other Professionals
Supervision is highly beneficial beyond counselling. I currently work with teachers, teaching assistants, SENCOs, FLOs, and charity sector staff, supporting professional development, reflective practice, and workplace wellbeing.
